What is CBMnet?

CBMnet is an internet-enabled management reporting tool providing clients with the ability to manage the risk to delivery of their business objectives from failure of critical rotating machinery on a condition basis. CBMnet collates condition-based maintenance information, reports risk levels and provides clients with recommendations for suitable management action. It is a complete, connected and condition-based maintenance service for oil and gas assets.

Now in its fourth revision CBMnet has been operating for over 10 years in 15 countries worldwide. It covers more than 85 assets including: oil platforms, FPSOs, onshore processing plants and pumping stations. CBMnet has close to 1,000 users and our analysts have diagnosed more than 3,500 machines producing more than 87,000 reports and 6,500 maintenance recommendations.

BuildME™:

BuildME is our asset management programme development platform integrating the management, quality control and enhancement of data and information whilst providing ease of implementation into client EAM, ERP or CMMS systems. It incorporates significant knowledge gained from our extensive experience working globally with many different asset operators in a range of different environments.

Bringing this together, combined with clear technical delivery models, we have developed a platform that ensures cost-effective, time-efficient, auditable development and flexible delivery of asset management programmes aligned to client objectives.

BuildME also provides the ability for clients to assure the integrity of asset management programmes following initial development and facilitates ongoing improvement on a risk basis or modification as required ensuring alignment with client business needs and the delivery of sustainable value.

It is supported by a dedicated global software team. Over the last four years BuildME has been used to deliver over 700,000 tags to our clients, with a further 700,000 currently being delivered. It manages a whopping 23GB of structured data (65GB including audit trail data), for over 210 Petrofac users and 160 client users.

AIRS:

AIRS performs integrated audit tracking and risk mitigation, delivering reviews, dashboards and reports to help clients identify and evaluate threats to asset integrity performance. Our Asset Integrity Reporting System (AIRS) integrates integrity management with audit tracking and associated risk mitigation.

We believe that identified risks can only be mitigated by carrying out one or more monitored activities. Our system delivers this with review dashboards and actionable reports to help you take action where it matters.

AIRS is home to more than 5GB of data relating to integrity assurance activities and has tracked over 1,500 actions, saving countless man hours and improving the delivery of hundreds of projects.
